I've been trying to get a picture!  It seems he is shy and ran and hid in the corner where there is no window for me to see him!  I hope #2 gives #1 a little nudge

Aww, maybe he'll less shy when his friends join him. When one duckling hatched it should encourage the others, but it's still possible that it takes another day.

Yes it is very hard to be patient at this point

CUTENESS OVERLOAD The one with the orange feet looks like a little rascal and the one with the black stripes on the face seems a bit shy. And the last one is the big brother

They have to go into the brooder within 24 hours of hatching, right?

There's no set rule. I move mine whenever there is a lull in the action.
