Fish Thread

I just got a 10 gal tank came with pretty much everything except a filter. All of it was 20$!!!!!!!!!!! It came with 2 nets,a water heater,
3 different colors of gravel, 1 fish bowl, 1 small carrier,a temp gauge,and of course the actual tank

Also the tank had a lid

I found a HOB filter in storage so I wont need to buy a new one thankfully

Yeah,nothing beats you guys and the people on byh, its more of a fish community and less of good ole farm people

My betta boy has really colored up since I got him! I've named him Shinta. He's shy compared to my previous bettas, but he does come out to see me in the morning. Bedtime is another story. I still haven't figured out where he's hiding, but I cannot find him at all! The first night it happened I looked inside the filter and was about ready to start removing plants!

After i get my tank set up i thibk im going to do
2 Gouramis, probably honey or dwarf
A school of celestial pearl danios(rasboras)
And 6 kuhli loaches or cories

Is that to much for a 20 high?

I would say that is a bit too much. It could probably work well if you didn’t get the kuhli loaches or corydoras.
