@oldhenlikesdogs You gave me bad dreams last night ! I dreamed the guppies didnt need to be in the water anymore and were swimming in the air around the tank. I was trying to put it back in the water but there were so many it wouldnt fit. Then here came an angel fish and it latched on to the guppy like a sucker would and I was pulling it but I couldnt get it off. Then we were moving and I was trying to pack everything up and was worried about the movers getting my tanks. (and that happened in real life too) I looked around and everything was gone ! Even the carpet but the tanks still stood there.
My Dh asked me if I ate chocolate before I went to bed. hahaha NO, I drank it !

This, this is my main method of population control. By not heating any of my tanks I slow growth, reproductions, and it also slows the aging process. I have guppies that are easily 3 years old.

Is that old for guppies?

Just reordered the plants for the aquariums and I think I’m going to start soaking the wood tonight and maybe figure out how to set up the lids and/or put the lava rocks in. Figure it’s probably about time to finally finish setting the tanks up.











Also it’s stopping me from buying parakeet supplies

Also it’s a terrible time to get them atm aha

I came close though/had it in my cart so this way I can satisfy the impulse buying thing/trigger finger but with something I actually need
