you can transfer them plants just like you would a fish. Make sure temps are close to each other. clorine gone, ect.. It would just be a holding tub til you have the water right in the tank. Then move them back.

Plants wont really look great til they have been in there for a few months I think. They need to fill out .

That makes sense!! And honestly I get that part and don’t mind if they’re tiny or whatever for a while but by ugly I mostly just mean this issue with the “dust” and dark spots all over them. :/

That makes sense!! But wouldn’t the bacteria die eventually without the ammonia being added? Or don’t the fish have nutrients or something? Idk. Maybe I’m way off lol

Yeah that’s what I’m guessing too but I really have no idea because now the plants seem to be dying too.

And not that I’m aware of but I don’t know haha

They’re sponge filters so pretty hard to break I think and it’s weird it’s in both tanks
