Try making fly traps. Fun with littles too. Look up some good ideas. Also Pinterest has some fun ones

Hopefully the fly traps will get most of them. Sorry if my advice isn’t great I haven’t had this problem yet lol.

I used the fly tape that you hang fron the ceiling in my coop. Just two of them wiped out the flies pretty quick. The difference it made was like night and day. And they're fairly cheap.

The thing is that they free roam the yard all day, and go in at night.

There is a commercial one I use made by Rescue. It is a bag with a yellow top you pull up fill with water and hang it up where you can't smell it

I've heard about vanilla repelling flies. Maybe you could 'mist' them with a little vanilla extract mixed with water...... Then I'd check out predatory wasps - they don't sting and they attack the fly larva. We live in Shenandoah Valley which is plagued with flies due to all the livestock.
