Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Wow, lot's of kids! Makes me wonder how my grandparent's generation had so many and didn't have the internet to help them. My grandma had 12 but 10 lived to adulthood.

DS is not so bad with the poop thing after all. What I thought was his poo was actually the cat's. He came crying to me again with poo in his hand and I was about to scream then I checked his diaper and it was dry. I looked around and saw that the cat had pooped on a trash can we had in storage. It was on it's side..no wonder why I only remember seeing it come off his hand when I put him in the shower lol

So I just spent a good amount of time cleaning the cat's poo off.. This is the 3rd time this week he has pooped outside of his litter box. He hasn't done that since he was a kitten. I don't know if maybe it is because DS likes to bug him a lot since he is very active, sometimes Marshall the cat will bat DS but he is declawed so DS doesn't mind it as much but I am thinking Marshall may be depressed or something..can't wait til we move to a bigger place in May.
OH MA GA!!! Cat poo!!! That’s WAY worse:sick.... one of mine used to do stuff like that and I’d be screaming... “WWHHHHYYYYY!?”:th:he:barnie

How old is kitty?? Sometimes when they get old they do stuff like that... is his litter box dirty/full? Or maybe he is ill....:idunno

That's pretty much what I wanted to scream too lol or just out of shock that such a thing could happen again haha

Marshall is going to be 7 in May. I went to scoop his litter and nothing is in it. Ah, little one just threw a calculator on the kitty's head :(

Ofcourse if I take stuff away from him then he cries..ugh but DH says to let him cry anyway so that he learns what is ok or what isn't.

Well the kitty's appetite is good and he hasn't thrown up since he coughed a hairball up the other day so hopefully we will have no more accidents.

So this is my 2nd day of what I would call inadvertent abuse by a 1 year old. This morning he fell onto my lip. It still feels swollen. Yesterday he threw a bottle of makeup and it hit the side of my head. He proceeded to remove his diaper before going #2 and catching it with his hand. Yep squishy squishy. Hope no one's eating while reading this.

DH joked that in addition to him I am DS and the cat's valentine. Between DH not letting me have chickens and DS's abuse and turd mess I want to only be the cat's valentine.

Lol I remember you saying you wanted 3 boys KLIL I was surprised when I read that because 3-4 years ago someone I worked one day with- she was subbing for a coworker- told me I would have 3 boys and they would all look like me. I can't see having another 2 of these lil humans! Haha jk I adore him...

Happy Valentines Day everyone! :love

I told DH I was craving ribs but he says they're too messy  hopefully I can still get my valentine's donut. It's the chocolate covered one with valentine's hearts. The hearts are soft chewy candy and the donut has raspberry filling.

It's also Throw Back Thursday! These are pictures of those bantam chickens that I had around 2005 where 16 of them hatched, including those 3 MF d'Uccles.

Omg honey! My partner and I have been considering having a baby and decided we are both ready when it happens.
But reading that omg not sure im ready for that stuff. He took his nappy off and went number 2 in his hand. I would have vomited. Did you want to vomit?
Maybe ill reconsider the 3 kids idea hey. Its really expensive here I don't think we could afford 3 kids anyways.

Ohhh wow your throw back Thursday birds are beautiful! I love silkies but the eggs are sooo little.

That’s a funny baby story! I have 3 boys... and 2 girls.. but they go like this... girl.. 6 years later.. boy, boy, boy,... 7 years later.. girl!.. not triplets.
The three boys in a row was great.. and hard! But I loved it! They are grown now and still the best of friends!
My brother has nine boys!!.... lord help me! I would have been sent to the nut house!!

I want boys but my partner wants a daddies little girl. So I think he will want to try and try and try until he has his little girl.

I think I was so surprised the gag reflex didn't register lol. But when I realized it was kitty poo I wanted to a little bit because of the possibility of toxoplasmosis (don't know how to spell it) in it that they warn pregnant people against and also a classmate of mine's grandmother died from it. But I got him cleaned up right away so he should be ok.

Thanks for the comment!

Kids would have been expensive in my old town so we moved here where daycare is only between $8.25-$22 a day.

I've heard girls tend to be more expensive than boys but if you have just one girl versus 3 boys then it certainly wouldn't be as expensive

oh and about the silkie eggs yeah they can be pretty small, I think it takes 2 or so of them to make one egg.

It's a good thing a lot of standard chicken breeds are as friendly as silkies such as the Australorp! I have heard RIR roos can be mean but the hens friendly. I can see why you picked those breeds :)
