I guess I can say I'm a semi-vegetarian, I was full vegetarian for 7 years but now we sometimes buy meat. DH thought we should only eat it at get togethers and events but it's hard not to eat it when life gets stressful.. at least for now anyway. My teacher also passed info around the class that those with blood group O should have a diet o f 10% meat which DH and me both are O+. I do applaud vegetarians who can stick with their diet though, and respect others with omnivore diets as well. Currently my freezer is full of faux meats but also fish and swedish meatballs that we had with the mashed potatoes. I served it with the ligonberry sauce I got from Ikea but DH wasn't fond of the sauce, I love it though.
