One of the ducklings was laying down hardly breathing again, brought it in and rubbed it under a heat lamp and now it’s back out with the mom. Wonder why this is happening, maybe it got too cold.

Is it ok??? Did it survive?

Congrats! I have two layers that I know who are and a couple I don't know who are. The two I don't know are, one that layed from the roost for a couple days and another that layed in the middle of a walk way.

Gimpy also seemed really interested in the nest box today.

Here's a collection of eggs I'm getting currently.

All mine have laid in the nesting boxes. I did have 1 in the roost but it was right outside the nesting box so I think she didn't make it to the box. It was a first egg too.

Ohhh Gimpy is just beautiful! She looks like a sweet bird.
