Great pics mystic! Everyone is looking so fluffy! I hope you find your barred rock! We got a cool front here..80 degrees during the day and 65 at night. I'm loving it and the flock seems to be eating it up too!

She was up and yelling at me yesterday morning it was hilarious!
So the babies got separated from Goldie yesterday by the run fence. I'm not sure how but let me tell you that i found out i am NOT allowed to touch her chicks 
I walked out the door and discovered one lone little newly hatched chick. It's not one of Goldies because all 3 of her chicks are with her and it clearly had just hatched. There must be a secret nest nearby that i missed. Anyway none of the hens are interested in caring for it and it now thinks I'm it's momma
