Flock stolen-may be in Barrington nh

The incubators that this woman has is she keeping them in lue of payment? Or were they to move them with the chickens and just decided they were nice and kept them? IF she just decided to keep them would that not be stolen property? And the police won't act on stolen property? Something sounds/smells fishy here. You can not transport any animal over most state lines without a health cerificate. Birds need a tyhoid(sp?)-poll....something test to even get to local shows within 90 days and a must carring over state lines. If these birds(chickens) did not have this and went over the line anyway ....hmmm someone could be in trouble with local state ag people or worse. Could be why it is wanting to be kept out of court or could be why the other Mr/Mrs Mover think they have a hold over/blackmail whatever on 4Peeps... What is the value of your incubators? Certain amounts stolen hold certain fine/judgements.... Sorry for your problems 4Peeps

* I think the incubators where supposed to be moved with the flock. Guessing whoever got the flock didn't want the incubators, or Mr. Mover thought the Mrs. might like a gift. . . .? As far as transporting animals-- IDK! Don't people move and transport animals all the time? Dogs, Cats, Parakeets, Reptiles, whatever? I don't think I even know how many times my family members alone have moved or just traveled with pets of all sorts. One of my brothers is this weekend, in fact.

i am watching what i post here because today mr and mrs mover are to be speaking w/mr horsefacilty about my birds. they were to speak with him the other day but it didnt happen so that is why i havent posted anything for a couple days-i dont want to ruin my chances of getting anything back. i will say that if you all think your confused well i am too. i was told that the flock was in barrington nh as well as 2 of the incubators. then i find out that the flock is in lebanon maine which now is /has been confirmed. however i dont know if some are still in barrington nh or even if they ever were there. you all have to relialize i only know what i am told and the story is so wishy/washy i dont even know anymore! mrs mover has 2 of my incubators now supposedly she hasnt seen the other 2!!! i am so frustrated by all of this! as for moving animals across state lines.. i answered this question- no i didnt get any tests ect done -i didnt even think of it to be honest. i just thought /assumed people do it all the time and didnt research it i guess u could say. now i am sure the movers didnt do that either. its very tiring to have people keep saying theres holes in the story ,it doesnt add up ect. Heck I couldnt agree more but what started out i thought was a thoroughly planned move just fell apart and now i am certain ill never get the truth of what exactly happened! i have 3 different stories thrown at me and i cant even keep up with it all.i just want my flock back that is as what .

We are all desperate to do something to help from our comfy computer chairs- and advice is about all we got right now. We all want your birds home safe and sound! We also want to know the full story, as the link you gave initially has apparently been updated and doesn't tell the story! Please tell us how this happened.

i used link to contact the local news. i gave them links to this. maybe if a few people did this they *might* look into it. i stressed the small kids and single mom issue. from long island there isnt much i can do. but i have done this with pitbull forum people and been successful. we have gotten news interest so if some one else has more contact ideas....

Remind me that if I was ever in a similar need or situation to get a legal contract written up for work to be performed and money due, etc., with the names and addresses of parties involved.
