I made sausage and tomato pie!

Very basic ingredients. 1lb sausages tomatoes potatoes and salt and pepper.

Boil the sausages for 15 mins.

Make some mash potato.

Peel the tomatoes and sausages. Cut the sausages in half length ways and cut the tomatoes. Place in a casserole dish in layers. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the mash potato on the top.

Place in the oven for 15 mins or until the mash browns.

This dish was really nice! It would maybe have been better with cheese on top but I wanted to make it true to the recipe. Yummy!!
