She's also got a lot of feather loss. You might want to check her for mites and lice.

(we have goats and cows as well) thank you all so much for the help! This is a great community for guidance!Poor thing!We found this chicken running around and decided it would be better to put it in our Currently empty coop until we decided who’s it was.
I’m new to chickens and I have only three silkies. Two are roosters so I didn’t want to add the found one to the pack as I am not sure if this is another rooster, hen or even what kind it is. So this chicken is alone in a closed coop at the moment.
If it’s a hen my friend will take her home. It hasn’t made a peep and hasn’t dropped an egg so I am just not sure.

She is a Speckled Sussex. I would know, I have some. She looks stressed, I'd put some apple cider vinegar in her water. Just 3 Tbs. per gallon. I will calm her down.
