Found a crow with deformed foot - any hope?

Hi.
When I was a kid my dad and I found a crow with 2 really deformed feet. We took care of it for a few wonderful years. As it happened today, I was walking with my kid from preschool and we found a young crow, very thirsty (it was a very hot day) and with one foot which was kind of deformed...
Took him in and wondering what can I do to make the foot get better.

Can the foot flex/ grip at all?

The location is Israel so I doubt it.
When we took the crow I had as a child to a rehab center it didn't end well for it...

He kind of uses that foot but it doesn't grip at all. He's standing on his joint... As seen in the pic..
