His leg is just a little swollen above the toes. He’s able to move his wing, but I think it’s possible that he has a slipped tendon.
Once he's settled in eating and drinking I'd suggest examining the suspected injured wing. I would gently extend the wing fully and try to discern any obvious broken bones or pain. I took my bird to the vet and that's basically all they can do without going to x-rays. Cost of x-rays, sadly, is not covered under the health plan I'm able to provide for my flock. Since nothing was found I just took her home and let her recover on her own. I didn't use a splint. Ideally he can be housed in a pen or cage large enough for him to extend and flap his wings as he recovers.
