I thought chickens ATE ticks. We have pine trees surrounding the coop/ run and I know ticks love pine trees. Yesterday as I picked up one of my chickens, I noticed something by her ear. A darn tick. UGH! Not already!

    So, do they eat ticks?

I would think one of her buddies would have snatched that off and eaten it. Hmmmm. Maybe it had just landed??

I thought chickens ATE ticks too..... I'd like to know about it too because I found ticks on myself & my kids....I'm pretty sure on my dog too. (She has too much hair....hard to find them on her.) Yeah, not already!!! HATE tick! [IMG] Noriko.
