French frogs

Morning Friday! How are your new ones doing? I snapped a few pics, I know that shocks everyone. I think I got 3 or 4 varieties. Golden Italian, Pharaoh, Rosetta and one white, I think. (still learning!) This is the last little guy that I helped out. He's awesome! I'm waiting to see if his toes need taped. He has a little heavier black dot on his head, so I can tell him apart from the rest. This one should be white.
Oh my goodness!! They are just so stinking cute!! I can't stand it!! How long has the one with the curled toes been hatched? I would probably stick some tape on them and they will be straight in no time. Probably only needs 24 hours with the boots. I've got a pic of the little quail I put boots on. They straightened in less then 24 hours and his were extremely curled.

Good morning Ruby :hugs two words Jet stream .I watch it all the time . dips south we get cold . lifts north you get warm . and WV is on the divide all the time .
Good morning/afternoon to you too, K! Whatever it is called, I'll take it. 60 degrees sounds great after the below freezing temps we've had! :)
Thanks, these are already mine. Our (my wife's) plans changed. I'm going to take feets pictures tonight when I get home. Can you shoot me a link on the FB site? I found them in the Augusta, GA area which is an easy drive for me.
That's great! They are beautiful. Yes, take pics of the feet. Ravyn had recommended that I get the ABA book on silkies. It's the SOP just for silkies and it's a great book. Are you planning on breeding? Are you going to sell eggs? I will pm you the link.

That curly toes was the last one to come out.... (I think) They looked better this morning, so I was giving it until this evening before booting. I have one other that "may" need it too.

Check this out: He pushed out, just after I took this!

Yes on the breeding and possibly showing locally if they are good enough. I want to get the health certifications while I only have a few birds just in case I want to ship eggs. It shouldn't be too long before they start laying. The little cockerel is already getting a little frisky but the girls haven't got a clue.

Loving these BCM eggs. What number do you think it is? Not sure what kind of light to take the pic in. This is not natural light.
