Finally just broke in my meat injector -- that was an adventure to say the least -- tonight's dinner (grilled pork loin) will either be a stunning success or a fantastic disaster.....which is fitting as I think that is going to be the theme for the week as well.

It was busy. Got to see my folks. My mom found a recorded conversation of my grandfather and grandmother from 1975! It was so bitter sweet! Made me miss them all over again!
