I think even the French White have the carnicles on their faces, I have Muscovy and I like the carnicles actually.

now, that is the kind of duck I am looking for, with a very little amount of caruncles and a lot of meat on it.But my question is are there caruncleless muscovies to look like those, and still be fully grown males for example.

I have a duck who has very little but the males usually always hold the most of the facial flesh, it's part of the breed. Now juveniles can take awhile for it to show up though and in general amounts do vary by bird.

This is my Lilly, she is an adult.. that is her first brood behind her(although NOT actually related to her lol)
