Fried Chicken Livers

As much as I love chicken, livers has never tasted good to me. Too strong of an "irony' or "minerally" flavor. Now give me 3lbs of gizzards and hearts, a pressure cooker, and a family sized can of Cream of Mushroom soup,,and you have true specialty food.

I would rather have the gizzards fried that's is way I love them the best. But I will eat them any way they are served.
