LOL, us Southerners will fry anything! Something else that's really good is fried cucumbers dipped in ranch dressing.

Peel em, slice em lengthwise, but not too thin. Season with salt, pepper, dredge in flour and fry in hot oil until slightly brown.

yum..ltlchicken. Miss P, I have tried the fried dill pickles at a local restaurant, not too fond of them. ha ha But I usually throw the dill pickle off my hamburger

LOL I've ate fried cukes, there good! I aint never had fried pickles though. Reckon I aint never thought about it...

If you put the store bought tomatoes in your window for day or 2 it improves the taste. dont' know why but instead of putting them in the fridge when I buy them I just put them in the window for a couple days. makes great fried bologna sandwich
