Not fair - just plain not fair - you have me

ing all over my key board. Now I have to have these tonight with dinner since you all made me so hungry for them.

Off to the garden to get some of those green voluptuous orbs.

P.S. I have been told that you should never put tomatoes in the refrigerator they loose all their favor.

Here's how we eat them: cook a pan of biscuits, cut a biscuit in half, place a fried green tomato, a piece of onion, a piece of red ripe juicy tomato and then put the biscuit top on. A fried green tomato sandwich!!!!!

I love them, but of course I'm from Virginia. I use a mix of flour and cornmeal when I make them.

Down here they sell green tomatoes in the store.
When we go over to MS. where Jim the Happy cowboy lives they sell what they call Chicken on a stick. It has Breaded and Fried Chicken breast, Onion, and dill pickles all on a skewer stick and my goodness I wish somone would open up a resturaunt here with Chicken on a Stick. They have a resturant in Jackson that makes them too. They are Awesome
