Calls, welsh harlequins, pekins, and cayugas are known for being calm. If you raise them from ducklings that helps a lot.

I was looking into getting some ducks. How would these do with my chickens and a kitty pool? The call ducks.
If I raised a wood duck with the chicks would they all get along?

Just as long as you lock them up at dusk, they do fine... clip wings *if needed*... they imprint to their home, but juvies can get a bit enthusiastic about their first flights, lol...
