I do see she is growing in some feathers. You may have to just wait and see. My frazzle never grew in feathers until the fall molt.

I’m thinking that, unfortunately, a breeder sent me eggs with a frazzled Serama. Her feathers are not frizzled, so much as curled, and they are super thin and well... frazzled looking. She was also the last to hatch and is half the size of her hatchmates. What do you think? I’ll keep updating as she grows. She is 11 days-old now.

I have a tiny Bantam Polish Frizzle (I think). He (also I think) is about half the size of a hatchmate I also have.

I just got them 2 days ago.
