And @AUChickenGal, I know we don’t live way too far apart, did your power go out?

My power flickered a few times but didn't go out, thank goodness. After the storms rolled through, I was FINALLY able to get the humidity in my incubator down to just under 40% (had been running at 55-70% with NO water added!). Hopefully it will stay that way; I hope to be able to mark normal-sized air sacks on Sunday, which will be day 7. This morning, I saw definite eyes in 7 out of the 9 eggs. Fingers crossed that the other two catch up in the next couple of days.

Updates? Yes! Candling pictures! These are the 9 that are fertile out of 15. I kept the remaining 6 eggs just in case.

Well....
I was looking around on eBay and I saw some Lavender Orpington hatching eggs eggs for sale... I tried all day to resist my urge to buy them.... I couldn’t stand it... I ended up buying 8 eggs.
Sooo.... From now on I will label the EE eggs like this “**Day # of incubation (EE)**
And the Lavender Orpington eggs like this “**Day # of incubation (LO)**
Also I now have an app called “Hatchabatch” so I can keep track of both sets of eggs.
And I also set up a hovabator incubator (it had kept a steady temperature for at LEAST 24 hours now) ;)

The Lavender Orpington eggs should be here by or before July 9th, 2018!!! I cannot wait! Also my Easter Egger eggs are still doing great in my MagicFly incubator!
