Frostbite?

Vetericyn is fine, but I would pack the wound with triple antibiotic ointmento.

When I opened up the wrap, the area had "filled in", which I am guessing isn't good. I soaked her feet for 20 minutes and was able to get out some of the yellow. It bled a little. There is still some in there, and I am not sure if the clear part next to it is also infection. The whole area feels hard, which again I am guessing isn't good. If I manipulate the skin too much or dig more, she freaks out, and squawks like crazy. Pictures below show before and after.

I am at a loss. It doesn't seem to bother her, as she stands and walks on it. It isn't swollen compared to the other foot. The soaks and wraps are not softening it much either. The yellow part seems to be stuck tight.

I have been changing the wrap and guaze pad every day. It has been way too wet and muddy for me to put her back out, so she has stayed inside. I was bringing the other buff orp in during the day for company.

There was one other dark spot that felt very hard. The other spots are clear and hard. I will get a picture tomorrow. She has perked up a lot, and is acting more like her old self.

Today, since it was sunny, I put her cage outside in the portable run, and brought the others out. The two black sex links kept trying to peck her through the cage. She wanted to get close to them but they would grab hwr feathers through the bars. I will have to reintroduce them slowly.
