I called GFQ directly when I realized that the store I purchased it from wasn't going to ship and that I would have eggs slowly dying on the cabinet. GFQ didn't care. They stated that they only shipped in the order they received requests and that there was no jumping in line. They were pretty much unapologetic about it and didn't care. Oh well. It wasn't their fault that I misjudged timing.

Can you get your hands on one locally?

Still no answer from these idiots.

I sent another email, and if I dont get a response with a tracking number, Im calling the credit card company to dispute the charges. And if they do send it I am refusing shipment.

I found a place that has them right in stock, so I will probably be ordering from them later. They said they would ship tomorrow.

Still no tracking number. I just won an auction on ebay for a brand new 1588. They said it will ship UPS tomorrow, so I should have it this Tuesday.

Will let you know what happens with the other one.
