G’morning Cavey. It’s healing quite well, thanks for asking :love Finally done with antibiotics and the hole in my arm is only about the size of a dime now.
 
Think we got a first egg from one of the blue girls.

This has been a busy day. Watered the veggies, helped DH give the dogs a bath, made a quiche for dinner and put half in the freezer for another time. I froze in individual pieces on a cookie sheet, then put them all together in a vac seal bag. It didn’t suck all the moisture out so we will see what the texture is like when we reheat. Also made a huge batch of fried onions in beer batter and put most of those in the freezer (samples were required). The birds have been fed and got cabbage for a snack and their water is clean. I’m pooped. I was going to make sweet potato cakes to go with dinner, but no. We have applesauce and that will have to do. Oh, also made some refried beans for lunches this week for me, bean burritos just sound good right now smothered in El Pato, and made ham salad for Igor to take for lunch. So yeah, I’m pooped, ready for my shower and maybe an adult hot chocolate.

A busy day for sure IM! What goes in to an adult hot chocolate, inquiring minds want to know.

Bailey's Irish Cream is okay for those not too bad days.
Going to need something with some grunt for those really bad days.:D
