Aint that the truth... having that problem with chickens I am listing on Craigslist, people want to see pictures of chickens who either run around a lot or hide in the shrubs.

I asked our vet if they can at least do a fecal float even though they don't treat chickens. They will, so Igor took the sample this morning. They had to create an account for this and set up billing so it's under Fugly and our last name

I don't have a reason to be concerned other than the big girls were foraging in the compost pile all summer and it's worth $32 to make sure everyone is clear.

@Compost King I was looking at the chicks today and I'm hopeful that the Nn chick I hatched from your eggs is a pullet. Based on the tail growth I think so.

@BlueBaby I believe I have 2 pullets and a cockerel from the green eggs. I think the white one with the big black spots is a cockerel.

Poop scooped, vacuumed, wet and stirred the litter

@igorsMistress That one with that strange feather pattern still look's barred to me. I know that it hatched from one of the tan egg's though with Charley over the hen that laid it. I guess the feather pattern came from somewhere down the lineage. They say that white can cover up other colors because it's dominate.
