Fugly Farm

@igorsMistress The one that I hatched over here from those last shipped one's are reddish like your wee one's, and it hatched from an FNN egg. I had printed out a copy of what he told me. The FNN's came from female NN's, and the father was 1/2 Dorking.

I went back and looked, the MNN eggs are what I hatched out not the FNN. The one FNN that hatched died.

Garden snaps. The last pic shows a place for cover. I have a couple of logs under it and there's a waterer hanging in there too.

So nice to see some green things IM! Your garden has really come along nicely from the last pictures I remember.

What is that reddish flowering plant about 5 shots up from the bottom? Very pretty!

Thank you, bougainvillea. It has thorns and is messy. Haven't been able to kill it lol.

I went out this evening to make sure the chicks went to roost and decided to check on the roosting arrangement in the big house. The Turken roo was over with the tweens at first. He slowly made his way across the roost, pausing to examine the roof and wall very nonchalantly until he was next to the buff girl. Then he sat down and cozied right up to her. There was some shuffling and cackling but that boy is slick! He has been gradually spending more and more time with the big girls, slowly working his way into their graces for at least a month now. No forcing himself on them or anything. It's been interesting to watch him.

I bet you had fun watching that!

It's interesting to see different personalities developing in them. In the last group of boys, the hatchmates of my big girls, there was a rapist and a couple of drill sergeants. This guy had to earn his place with them and it's completely different.
