Fugly Farm

@BlueBaby no knocking so far. The tweens are just starting to come out of the coop yard for short periods.

I still have to laugh every time I think about that time when you mentioned about Fugly knocking at your door.

Thank you! I'm learning a lot, and they run my life right now. I hope someone goes broody next Spring so I don't have to deal with chicks again.

I'm sure a broody would make things easier (for the human) but either way, you get chicks!

It's very difficult to get pics of the babies because they are never still. I tried to get at least one color in focus in each pic.

Aint that the truth... having that problem with chickens I am listing on Craigslist, people want to see pictures of chickens who either run around a lot or hide in the shrubs.

@igorsMistress The chick's seem to be coming along well. How is that one that you got from me with the pattern in the feathering? Did it keep that pattern as it grew?

So far yes, he looks the same he's just getting bigger. I've only seen a few scuffles between the boys, mostly the 2 white Turkens. Here are the 2 cockerels that grew up and went to jail together for beating up the penciled boy when he first got here.
