Both of these plants froze on June 10th and have made it back to actually produce. By this time last year, I was already canning tomatoes. This year it looks like I should start getting ripe tomatoes sometime next week.

Me too though we had no late freeze just too much rain.

Too much rain and cool in the spring. tomatoes were planted late and didn't do much. Then hot and dry. I have gotten a dz egg size early girls.

We had a 40% chance of not very much rain last night. So of course it poured. Dry July and rain picking up in August seems to be the normal pattern. It wasn't last year, got basically no rain until October.
