Just a way to try and say their Birds are healthier. All hype.Perdue poultry reports they use Oregano in the feed. How much? How Often?
Others use garlic powder in the water? How much and how often?
I don't feed either to my chickens, although they sometimes sneak into my garden and nip at them. Very small quantities won't hurt the chickens if you want to try it. Some people in here swear by one or the other, or both. I'd recommend doing a BYC search using the brown button at the top of the BYC if you are really interested. There is a lot of information on the topic in BYC.I have some free range laying hens

thanks for the tipI use garlic in the fermented feed and I get treats that are mealworms with oregano.
