Gasping 4 air

New to the chicken thing
One of my chickens is gasping 4 air and you can here it. but she rasis here neck to breath
What is happening

It could be a respiratory disease - does she have any eye bubbles or foam or any nasal discharge?

A rarer possibility is gape worm, which you will want to treat right away if she has them. The symptoms you describe fit this perfectly, especially if there are no other signs of a respiratory disease.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens, you may want to post in detail at "Emergencies, diseases, injuries, cures," thread. If you have q-tips, you could gently wipe the back of her throat with them - then check to see if it comes out with blood or little worms on it. That would be a positive infestation.
