Gassy Chicken crop! What should I do???

One of my roosters, Hamlet, has a gassy crop. After he eats, his crop fills with gas. When I press it, he "burps". He's also slow to react. What should I do? Should I give him Nystatin; if so, how much and how? Please help, I love my little rooster and don't want him to die!
