The raspy breathing is concerning to me. I don't know much about Ducks, Kathy (@casportpony ) and @Miss Lydia hopefully will be a long soon.

I agree, antibiotics would be needed. Do you have anything on hand?
I would try to stabilize her first and see if the breathing gets better. Shock comes to mind. Keep her warm as suggested and quiet. Will she drink?

Chewy.com carries antibiotics for fish and aren’t very expensive at all. Just not sure which to give. They don’t carry Baytril but have other antibiotics like Amoxicillin. As everyone has said shock is most likely what Is happening at first so do as rec. keep her indoors for sure if you still have flies they will get into an open wound an lay their eggs. Maggots you don’t need. I’m not sure if you should wrap but keeping the wound clean is very important. No more peroxide like was mentioned. Beta dine or warm salty water. Some kind of antibiotic salve like triple antibiotic. And get that gator. Please update when you can and hopefully @casportpony will be on soon an can suggest the proper antibiotic. So sorry this has happened to your little one

She did! We cleaned the wound and applied pressure that night, kept her inside and took her to the vet this morning. She had two puncture wounds on body. He removed part of wing (the broken part) and cleaned her up. Will keep her inside until fully healed. Still waiting on FWC to determine if the gator is a nuisance or not. GRR the other ducks have been contained in their duck house since Saturday. I added a kiddie pool for them to dunk their heads and swim a bit.

Turns out the raspy ness I heard was actually housing! I have never heard my ducks hiss. LOL She was basically telling us to leave her alone!
