They do have blue Jersey Giants. I'm not sure which hatchery your TSC purchases from. If you know or call to find out, you can look at the hatchery website.

I mainly like sapphire gems because there a Czech breed or "hybrid" and I have Czech in my heritage

I checked the bottom of there feet and they were mostly yellow. I think I have some giants! I will post pics of there feet tomorrow

Ya, your technically right, but they were made in the Czech Republic, so they are Czech

Mature Sapphire gem hens get about 4 lbs, and it is suspicious that these fellas are already 3 lbs at two months
