So i bought my girls from our local feed store and my rir is pretty aggressive i have a feeling she could be a he ..what do you guys think?

How old? Aggression often is from them needing more room and things to do. They are feathered enough to spend some time outside if you are where it's warmer.

Yeah im waiting until i get the coop im nervous if i let them out they wont let me catch them lol

RIR are known to be aggressive. Even the females. Can’t really tell from the pic because it’s blurry but cockerels will develop a thicker red comb before 10 weeks of age.
