I also don't like Greenfire Farms.
Namely because they don't sell true to form birds. I've heard far too many stories about expensive Ayam Cemanis from GF that have been mixed breed, or not even fully black.
Their quality is dirt, to say the least.

When I was smol and foolish and wanted colorful, rare chickens I wanted Friesians from their. People can be so easily tricked.

They sure can...you could probably charge $500 for the rare Chesta Puree (I just whipped a name out of my cap) which is just some hybrid chicks from a New Hampshire and RIR flock and they would hop on it

Lol. I've seen someone sell death layers over barred rock.
I can't see the attraction. It looks average. Pretty. But pretty as any other average chicken I've ever seen. This person hasn't even had one live to adulthood yet, this is their first year with this cross. And he obsesses about how utterly amazing they are. Dude! It doesn't even lay colored eggs or anything like all those new chickens coming out! It's just a sex linked chicken, with boring plain brown eggs that you haven't seen yet because you hatch too late. (My February Ancona pullet is laying eggs already)

It has gorgeous wheaten feathers, a crest and feathered feet! And beautiful blue eggs!)

Yup, for sure! Don't forget the beautiful roosters this breed sports crow every morning without fail
