No foolin! I never knew there was that big of a time difference in one Country!

lol there are 2 other time zones too. BC is Pacific. and NFLD has it's own special timezone it's only half hour off mine.

Living in SK with all my family back here I got used to calculating the difference multiple times a year, with SK not doing DLS.

Well im hoping it'll look simple enough. Which means it should be really clear to the programmer right.
