Get Fit Together

I'm in! I've been running recently, working on a couch-to-5k with my mom. I must say, exercising with someone else is the best way to be accountable. My mom like running much more than I do, so when I don't want to run, she still does, and I "have" to go with her.

No running for me. I will be upping my weight lifting this year.

I've been trying chinups for a couple days and I can already see measurable improvement in how far up I can get. I suspect it's a matter of improved coordination and not strength yet but I'll take it!
I'm going to lose.😩
