A quick update. Nothing much has changed, however he is still alive which is more than was ever expected. His brain activity remains at a 6. He has a long way to go to get to a 15. They are VERY VERY slowly reducing the amount of sedative he is receiving to see how he reacts. Still though, he cannot move much at all, because his liver is still healing. I am not sure how these doctors do it. He was not supposed to live and they saved his life. It's been 4 days now and he is still with us. He has 4 different teams of specialists working on him around the clock. God is good, people!!!!!

Updates will be more far apart because now that the task of saving his life is somewhat past, it will take a lot of time and very slow progress for him to come back and walk in right at meal time and drink all our beer.

I have very little to report. His meds have been reduced enough that he seems to hear Tara. He was moving around and she told him to stop and he did, but that is about it. He is still asleep and still registers a 6 on the brain activity scale.

God is awesome, and he works things out in his own time. We are continuing to pray for everyone in this situation....
