Big Hugs to all of you!

Thank you so much. It is hard waiting, however, he really is out of the woods and is expected to survive 95% which is really good odds. We all just have to be patient and keeping praying and let the doctors do what they do best and I can tell you, they have been INCREDIBLE!!!

This hospital is a County hospital. They do not have the best reputation. This is the second extremely critical case that I personally know of that they have saved a life by doing everything possible. I cannot be more thankful.

UPDATE for Glen: Originally posted by his Wife Tara Scaramella-Lively

The last few days Glen has been awake, he follows commands about half the time. Today when I saw him he was sleepy but would open his eyes for a sec when I called his name. Yesterday he grabbed my hand and put it to his lips and did little kisses about 5 times. Still not sure what his mental status will be in the future but I will be there till the end(whatever/ whenever that may be). Talked to his rn 30 min ago she said he was awake and moving again. Thanks to everyone for your support xoxoxoxoxoxox

I only just noticed this story, but I read the entire thread. What a terrible tradegy!

I'm so glad he's doing better. Thoughts are with him and all the family. Very happy to hear that he's responding, and has such a high chance of survival! That's a blessing.
