Investigating Glitch?

OK - so known problem.

I like to wait as long as possible to update anything. I like telling the computer "no" repeatedly because after it updates, something usually doesn't work. At the worst possible time.

I do my apple updates immediately!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

For example the Apple issue slowing the older phones down to "save battery". I ditched a good phone after 4 years because it was "slow" to the point of annoyance. They fixed a problem I didn't want fixed. I'd go to android, but I don't like having everything tracked. Apple wipes it. Android records everything. Or so I'm told...

Go get the new Google Pixel.
It does track everything known to God but you can turn all that tracking stuff off.
I love this phone!

@Nifty-Chicken while I am complaining, :D, the menu selector in the title bar has the title bar version and then the black lines overlaid. If you look at the first screen shot, you can see the black bars still in place and the menu bar version below.

If I need to circle them, I can. Even with the title bar in place, the black lines are superimposed. They work, just have 2 sets present?

My iPhone is incessantly giving me this error. I’ll be typing and boom the page reloads and works slow. Then the little error bar is on it. I have the latest update. I don’t use the app. Just safari.
