Gluttony in a chicken

Ok, Ok, I know, they are all gluttons. But this little one has me worried. S/he eats SO much it has cleavage. I have never seen a bird with a crop so full. S/he is about 6 weeks old and will swallow anything. I feed fresh veggies to my parrots every morning, then bring some out for the chickens. This little beast (named Toast) will jump up to grab it and swallow it whole. If I try to feed anyone else, it will steal it from them - mature roo included. This is also the sweetest chicken I own. I have no idea what it is, not that that probably matters. What I am concerned about is the size of its crop. Always hugely full and Toast is still looking for more. None of the others look or act like that. Is s/he just a glutton, or could there be another underlying issue?
I wish I could post a pic, but I only have internet at work and therefore can not post pix. *sigh*
Thanks!

Is it a meat bird? Does it look like a roo? My little 3 month old roos eat like crazzy. It might be a cornsh X (a meat bird). can you discribe the look of the bird?

Helps to have feed available at all times because some chickens compete to a foolish degree. I have a hen called Zipfi who has been a tremendous challenge- not only does she gorge but she is more interested in fibrous materials than the others. No alfalfa, no straw and a hopper feeder to keep Zipfi from killing herself with crop impaction-

Plus, Zipfi would love to be broody. Yeesh. And the nicest girl, a real lap pet...

I don't believe s/he is a meat bird. I picked him/her out of a group of 'assorted reds' at TSC. Mostly white with red markings and as sweet as can be. Always underfoot. No bigger or heavier than the two red pullets (hopefully) s/he came with.

LynneP, I have two hoppers full of feed out at all times, I like animals that eat well. I grew up in a family where food=love. I know better now, but it's a hard habit to break. lol No alfalfa, no straw and a hopper feeder to keep Zipfi from killing herself with crop impaction Great, one more thing to worry about. I'll do a 'breat exam' on him/her as soon as I go home now. Good idea Thank you.

purpletree23, I just had a stool sample check done two weeks ago. I will run some more in just in case. Thanks for the good idea.
