Everyone else is still acting great, they are all off doing there thing. I have no idea what happened, I think he was just ready, he laid down and just fell asleep while getting petted. I had a goat friend tell me he thought he ate something he wasn't supposed to.Did you ever figure out what was wrong? Are your other goats okay? With how sudden it was, I’m betting he ate something he shouldn’t have.
I use corid in the water if I even suspect coccidiosis. That's all I knowwhat do you do for Silent Coccidiosis in Nigerian Dwarf goats? we lost two last year to it.

They sound amazing!!!I've got two little Saanen-Alpine cross doelings (Bubblegum and Stumpy) and my personal favorite goat breeds are Nigerian Dwarf goats and Alpines. When I got them, I really didn't expect just how clever and unique they are! They've both got very distinct personalities, with Bubblegum being more playful and troublesome and Stumpy being more laid-back and friendly. They used to be absolute escape artists, but when they got settled and realized that the barn was where the food was, they stopped even trying to escape.
