Goat throwing up and feeling ill

I just add it to feed as a real secure insurance policy..šŸ˜‹ā¤
I'm not sure if it's a good idea constantly. I don't know either way for sure. I do know they will consume it as necessary. Since it also has salt in it it's probably best to let them choose when to eat it, and how much.

Oh definitely I give mine a Big tables spoon for two goats every few days on the feed. I was told to by my friend Susan who has had goats for over 40 years. She says it helps.

Definitely everyone does something different. I always say find what works for you.

Did you not know that goats mineral blocks are high in salt? Baking soda is not ...6% sodium..
Most mineral blocks or mixes are mostly salts. We've always offered both mineral and baking soda free choice. It's just easier as well.
