Going out to feed/maintain/..slip on shoe recommendations?

Maybe an equipment or supplies thread or category would be good, if I’m not seeing it. Running outside constantly to play with, feed, clean, garden, etc..does anyone have any good slip on shoe recommendations? Especially the kind you don’t even have to bend over for? It’d be nice to have a dedicated “chickens” shoe that slips on and off quickly..
Sloggers are the best! we leave them on the porch and only wear them outside. Use a hose to clean them when needed.

Crocs??? 🙈

I've heard the story. It was actually a bad rooster attack.
If you’re on blood thinners a nosebleed can be fatal. Shoot, one time I was obsessed with stir frys and ate so much ginger I had a nosebleed that the urgent care center had trouble stopping..they were on the phone with the ER when it finally stopped..edit..I actually thought it was kind of funny at first, then despite packing it off and constant icing, it just wouldn’t stop..

I use rain boots, but spend the extra $ up front on a good pair. I've gone through at least 4 pair because they split at every flex point. They are easy to slip on especially if you size up . I prefer the ankle kind. Hope this helps.

I just have a cheap pair of rain boots. Not the easiest to get off, but we have garden snakes. I know they don't bite but I feel more at ease having my legs covered up to my knees. I grew up with venomous snakes and do not like any snakes now at all. Plus the run gets muddy when it rains because the girls love digging and creating more mud and I got tired of washing my shoes. Now I just hose them off before I come inside.
