We have 5 chicks who are 5 weeks old and all different breeds so hard to compare. This is our Golden Laced Wyandotte Princess (or maybe Prince) Leia! Haha trying to answer the age old question of male or female? Any input is appreciated!!

Mine looked exactly like that at that age, and is now a lovely, feisty pullet.
Absolute boy.. is there a feather sheen starting up? My SLW boys started to get a sheen on the black in their feathers at 5 weeks.

I’m holding out hope!! Haha we started out with 6 chicks but lost one to an abdominal hernia. We would hate to have to give up this one as we are not allowed roosters in our city limits. Thanks for your input!
