Golden Sebright Bantam

I just have a question about the GSB. Do they feather quickly? I know they both have female feathering, but I wanted to know if the females or males feather out quicker?
I have about 10 or so of them, and some already have tail feathers and more wing feathers than the other ones. Some don't have tail feathers at all yet. They are all the same age. Any help is super appreciated!

Feathering is up to the individual birds, unless you know how the parents feathered in.
They're just called golden sebrites, no need to specify bantam since they only come in bantam, they're true bantams.
