Hi! Welcome to BYC! Your description of moving to the country was right on! My sentiments exactly! I highly recommend checking out some of the articles on BYC about coops, to begin with. Don't buy a prefab, because it wont last, and probably wont be big enough. Those breeds you are considering sound great. Black Australorps on one of my favorite breeds.
